My Journey into Slow Stitch 2026
I didn't plan to add a new craft into my life but it seems slow stitch grabbed me and I've been on a creative splurge ever since.
A Journal for my Sister - December 2025
Not knowing if my sister would be interested in her own junk journal, I made one anyway for her birthday.
My sister loves the beach and going to Japan and all things Japanese so I decided to use her colours and the influence of Japanese origami papers, ocean theme papers and images I had from various books along with some papers I had from her daughters school art books for a personal touch.
I think it turned out quite lovely with signatures that can be removed and new ones added.
