These sweet journals are made from vintage papers, paper bags, vintage lace and doilies, vintage wallpaper and more. I love the rustic old world charm and romantic look of these as they look well travelled and have a new life.
Hessian & Lace (A6 / Handstitched)

The covers are hand stitched by me from thrifted jute/hessian and layered with assorted vintage doilies and lace with a simple tie closure.
These journals are lovely in the hand and squishy yet hold a good size signature for plenty of writing, drawing, journaling, adding your own ephemera and more. There are pockets inside the fabric cover as well to tuck extra bits and pieces into.
Includes: 1x generous signature with vintage papers, tea dyed and avocado dyed papers, assorted ephemera, book pages, and much more for visual interest amongst the blank journaling pages. The signature is separately bound and stays within the cover with lace elastic.
Bonus: I call this style of a journal an 'everlasting journal' as you can remove the signature/notebook from the cover and replace and with another A6 signature/notebook - and use the cover eternally.
